Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are dissatisfied with your purchase through the O'right Canada online store, you may return unopened product to us for a refund within 10-business days of purchase.

1. Prior to returning the product(s), please email us at sales@mugogroup.com with your order number and which products you are looking to return. Prior authorization is required on all returns. Once approved, you will receive a Product Return Request Form that needs to be filled out and included in the returned package.
   
   
2. In the package, please include the product(s) being returned, Product Return Request Form, a copy of your invoice, and address your package to:

   * Return shipping fees are non-refundable. 
   
   
3. Please note that O'right Canada is not responsible for any return packages lost in transit. We recommend you use a tracked and insured method of delivery.
   
   
4. Once the return package is received, please allow 7-10 business days for your return request to be processed. Original shipping fees are not refundable. 
   
   
5. Only products purchased through www.oright.ca will be eligible for refund. We cannot refund items purchased through other retailers.
